GOLDEGG GOLF COURSE

“A great experience”: the par 72 Goldegg Golf Course. The 18-hole course on a sunny alpine plateau is one of the most beautiful in the State of Salzburg. The fairways are nestled in the gently rolling foothills of the Hohe Tauern range, guaranteeing a highly varied game. Every tee shot opens a new vista.

Level of difficulty: 18 holes | par 72 | hilly with several water hazards.
Golf academy: Pro golfer Berni Reiter has the best tips.
Our tip: To get to know the course, we recommend booking an e-cart – at least for the last 9 holes. In the summer choose an early tee time. The air is crystal clear, and you may see rabbits and deer on the edge of the wood. So beautiful, it’s almost kitschy: the 13th hole tee in front of the Unterhof orchard with a view of Bernkogel mountain.

YOUR GOLF DAY TRIP: GASTEIN GOLF COURSE

“The panorama is everything”. Located on the edge of Hohe Tauern National Park and opened in 1960, Gastein Golf Course is one of Austria’s most illustrious courses, with both flat and hilly fairways bordered by ancient trees and a mature riparian forest.

YOUR GOLF DAY TRIP: URSLAUTAL SAALFELDEN GOLF COURSE

The course is located on a beautiful alpine plateau between the towns of Saalfelden and Maria Alm surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape with numerous biotopes and the imposing limestone massif of the Steinernes Meer behind it.
